Elementary
We have pre-Kindergarten through third grade students meet every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. in the downstairs fellowship hall, at the south end of the building.
There they meet as a group for opening songs and sharing for 15-20 minutes, before they go to their individual classrooms for instruction by grade.
They are using the "Spark" curriculum from Augsburg/Fortress which follows the weekly gospel lesson of the day.
The fourth through sixth grades meet in their classrooms beginning at 9:30 am. on Sunday morning, and they also have a meal, activities and a lesson on Wednesday evenings, from 6:00 p.m. till 8 p.m. (except during Lent). We call the Wednesday evening activity and curriculum "Trinity". During the Lenten season, we meet for the meal at the usual time, but then go directly to the classroom lesson, and then go to the sanctuary to worship with the adults for Mid-week lenten worship, starting at 7:15 and usually finishing by 7:45.
